Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to participate in the Yuki Aim Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Participation in the Program does not constitute employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture with Yuki Aim. You act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own promotional methods and compliance with applicable laws.

You will earn a commission on net sales directly attributed to your assigned affiliate discount code.

• •Commission rates are determined solely by Yuki Aim and may vary based on internal performance metrics.
• •Sales resulting in refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity may be excluded from final commission calculations.
• •Commission attribution is strictly limited to tracked discount code usage.

• •Commissions are disbursed monthly via PayPal.
• •Payouts are issued for the prior month's earnings (e.g., commissions earned in June are paid in July).
• •A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $25).
• •Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining a valid PayPal account and ensuring payout details are accurate.

Affiliates are expected to uphold Yuki Aim's brand standards. The following practices are prohibited:

• •Misrepresentation of the brand, products, or affiliate relationship.
• •Use of spam, deceptive advertising, or exploitative promotional tactics.
• •Unauthorized alteration or misuse of brand assets (logos, images, etc.).

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

Yuki Aim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

• •Affiliates removed from the Program for cause (e.g., policy violation) may forfeit any unpaid commissions.
• •In the event of Program discontinuation, all eligible commissions earned to date will be honored and paid.

Yuki Aim reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
